MetaSauce

Back in the days before TestFlight, the only way to test apps was for users to find a super secret set of device ID numbers, then send them to a developer. To help customers quickly grab this info, we created the Rocksauce brand extender - MetaSauce.

The app

Eight tiles open the facts about a phone: battery, hardware, network, memory, disk, processes and its device ID, plus an export button to share them.

We tried a white grid with line icons and a bright grid of colored tiles.

The illustrations

I did all of the design and illustration on this project.
